The Portsmouth Academy is seeking a Maths Tutor with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our supportive team and make a meaningful difference through personalised learning.

Working with students individually and in small groups, you will deliver targeted tuition that strengthens understanding, addresses gaps in knowledge and develops the skills students need to succeed. This is an opportunity to help young people who may find maths challenging experience success and grow in confidence.

  • Assess understanding, monitor progress and adjust learning plans to maximise impact.
  • Maintain accurate records and share clear progress updates with teachers and relevant colleagues.
