Penbridge School is seeking to appoint a motivated Receptionist to join our supportive team and work across both the Infant and Junior Schools. We are looking for a well-organised, efficient and enthusiastic person to assist in supporting the Office Manager by providing a range of administrative support and a reception service.
You will provide a friendly, welcoming, first point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and staff. You will have the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions whilst working to tight deadlines in a methodical manner.

- Excellent IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or educational setting is preferred.
