Head of Art

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Art to join the Middle Leadership Team. 

You will develop and implement an effective Art curriculum across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. They will ensure continual improvement within the department, together with high quality, engaging and fulfilling education for our students that leads to excellent outcomes.

As Head of Department, the post-holder will line manage the Art Department, with a focus on whole-school priorities. They will be a visible presence within the department, seeking the highest standards of teaching, learning and behaviour within the Academy.
