About The Role

Kings Ash Academy is looking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant Apprentice to support the learning and progress of our pupils within our Early Years setting. You will be part of a strong team of dedicated professionals working together to provide outstanding and creative learning for our children. We offer excellent professional development and exciting research opportunities.

You will be enthusiastic, empathetic, patient and approachable, with a genuine commitment to supporting children’s learning. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming the lives of our students to join with us and support in the learning at our academy whilst you are gaining hands on experience and working towards a recognised early years qualification.

If successful you will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship at Exeter College. You will attend taught lessons at Exeter College which will give you the knowledge and understanding into what goes into becoming a proficient Teaching Assistant. Supported by your assessor coach, course tutor and the team here at Kings Ash Academy you will get the chance to hone these skills daily. This role is truly a fantastic opportunity for anyone to further their career in Early Years.

Upon completion, you will receive a recognised L3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard certificate.
